No people go through life without suffering. It's part of life. When we are faced with a difficult situation, it is usually very hard to find meaning in it. But when we get out on the other side, if we work with ourselves, we come out with more depth and wisdom. We can transform pain into wisdom. It is through our life experiences, the good as well as the bad, that we grow as humans.  

 

We can use the difficulties we are confronted with to learn from, to release old negative patterns of action, to develop greater insight, forgiveness, and compassion – both for ourselves but also for the world that we all live in. This way our challenges can become useful steps in our life journey instead of mere obstacles.
 
In some cases, life can also feel completely meaningless and painful, but we still breathe and we must make efforts to move on in the best way possible.

I work from a holistic and spiritual view of life, where body, mind, and soul are all connected. Our thoughts and feelings affect our body and hence our state of health. If we don’t communicate and express our feelings, they will be trapped in the body as energy blockages and can cause physical pain and disease. Our thoughts and feelings are our strongest tools - they make the difference between freedom and imprisonment. They are the gateway to the soul.  
 
We must take care of ourselves. It is in the body that we spend our life - Our body is our home in this lifetime.  
 
I work with cognitive conversation therapy, somatic body therapy, chakras, drawing therapy, family constellations, dreams, mindfulness and unusual experiences. I work on a mental, psychical, emotional and spiritual level.

Just as the body has an evolutionary wisdom to heal and renew itself when we are injured, we also have an inner wisdom to heal our feelings, soul, and spirit. It requires us to dare to look within to find the seeds for renewal and healing. Therapy is a collaborative process. I will hold the space for you and facilitate you as you work through the process of transformation so you will be able to live your life to the fullest.

 

Each client is unique and my approach within sessions is tailored to your particular circumstances and needs. I have client confidentiality and what we talk about stay between you and I.
